Your Child's Evaluation Reports
What are the Evaluations and how are they used?
Kokomotion periodically (every 2-3 months) will test the skills we are training to see if our students are ready for the next level. We use a 5-star rating system.
1-star: we have tested the skill or drill in question, but the student cannot perform it.
2-stars: the student can do some of the lead-up drills, but not the skill in question
3-stars: the student can do the skill, but inconsistently.
4-stars: the student can do the skill consistently (this is considered a passing grade)
5-stars: the student does the skill consistently and very well!
How do I access them?
After logging into your Customer Portal account:
1. Navigate to MY ACCOUNT.
2. Select Evaluations under the student's name in the "Your Students" list.
How do I know if my child has passed the level?
If a student has passed a level and is ready to move up to the next one a green check mark will appear beside the class name. In addition, the coach should make contact with the parent, and give a congratulatory letter detailing how to transfer to their new level.
It is possible to see that they have passed events before they have passed the level. In that case you would see the same check mark on the event, but not the level.
